Top Service (DIQP) shows interested parties and potential new customers the experiences of existing customers with a seal of approval even before the first purchase on your website or in your online store, for example, and thus provides orientation through customer assessments that have been collected in a customer survey.
These customer experiences are collected and evaluated by us as an external service provider in an anonymous and DSGVO-compliant customer survey.
The Top Service (DIQP) seal helps you to credibly communicate existing customer satisfaction. In addition, our certification process provides you with the result of the conducted customer survey. Top Service (DIQP) has been rated ‘ESPECIALLY RECOMMENDED’ by the independent consumer portal Label-online.de. The independent portal is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV).
INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATION
DIQP is financed by membership fees and is therefore independent of certifications. Certification is carried out by SQC-QualityCert as a certification company approved by DIQP.
MARKETING PACKAGE
In addition to the Top Service (DIQP) seal in two resolutions, you will receive a high-quality certification certificate and an acrylic display. You can use the awarded seal graphics for an unlimited period of time. You will also receive the results of the customer survey in tabular form.

CUSTOMER SURVEY & MANAGEMENT INTERVIEW

EVALUATION
